Eduardo Heinrichs
Eduardo has particular expertise working with school administrations, international non-profits, business owners, and faith-based organizations.
In the past 30 years, he has helped build programs, educational resources, and served the Boards of growth-focused organizations with international involvement. He is passionate about effective leadership through vision, strategic alignment, good governance, and empowered people.
He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and University of Winnipeg.
Eduardo and Cheryl, his wife, have two children. They enjoy exploring the world and kayaking at home on the Severn River. He has a gift for design, landscaping, and restoration that finds expression at home.
John Friesen
John has a passion for seeing organizations thrive. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
He has been leading ministry organizations for the past 20 years, specifically in the camp, conference, and event aspects. He is currently the CEO of Muskoka Bible Centre, providing leadership to its vision of growing resilient, biblically rooted families.
John sits on various ministry boards and has spoken and taught at many camp conferences throughout Canada, the USA, and Latin America.
Both John and his wife Lisa thoroughly enjoy life with their five children, daughter-in-law, and one grandchild. They enjoy spending time on their property and a variety of hobbies that include wood-carving.
